Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Painter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of painting projects across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Your expertise will ensure high-quality finishes, precise color application, and seamless restoration work. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in residential painting, and surface preparation, along with a keen eye for detail and safety. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, repairs, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using hand tools and power tools such as airless paint sprayers and brushes. Maintain a clean work environment by properly handling waste disposal and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times on construction sites. Experience Proven experience in residential interior and exterior painting. Familiarity with various surface preparation techniques including drywall repairs, caulking and sanding.
