Job Summary As a Painter, you'll prepare and coat residential, commercial, construction, and industrial surfaces, helping create durable, clean finishes across new builds, renovations, and restoration projects. You'll use brushes, rollers, and paint sprayers while following site safety regulations and respiratory protection requirements.

Your impact:

Careful preparation and consistent application help clients and building users enjoy protected surfaces and polished spaces. Responsibilities Prepare construction painting surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, plastering, caulking, and applying coatings or primers. Apply paint and other coatings using brush painting, roller painting, conventional spraying, construction spray painting, and airless paint spraying methods. Compare colors visually and use color theory to support accurate color matching and finish consistency. Read technical drawings, schematics, and basic measurements to plan work and estimate materials. Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and painting equipment safely; follow safety protocols and maintain an orderly work area. Qualifications Experience in residential painting, commercial painting, structural painting, construction painting, or residential painting is helpful; construction site experience is preferred. Familiarity with ladder use, paint sprayers, respiratory protection, and applicable safety regulations. Related experience in construction, renovation, remodeling, maintenance, restoration, or handyman work is an asset. Additional skills in carpentry, trim or frame carpentry, drywall, fixture installation.
