Are you a House Painter with more than 3 years of experience that loves helping coach other painters and is ready to lead a team, deliver five-star results, and be part of something bigger? What You'll Do Be part of a small team on residential and light commercial painting projects Review job scope, organize materials and equipment, and prep the crew Communicate with clients before and during the project to set clear expectations Manage project schedule, quality, and daily production goals Provide daily job updates to clients and the company (progress, issues, next steps) Oversee final walkthroughs, handle touch-ups, ensure job site is clean, and assist with closing out the project Who You Are You're the kind of person who: Takes pride in your work and wants to lead by example Is coachable, organized, and great with people Has a strong work ethic, good energy, and a high level of reliability Is long-term focused, values career growth, and wants to be part of a team Communicates clearly and solves problems proactively Painting experience is required. Leadership or crew lead experience is a big plus.
