Pink Paint Bros is a residential painting company serving MetroWest Massachusetts. We're looking for independent painting subcontractors who want steady work without having to chase it.

How it works:

We bring the leads. You do the painting.

• We generate and qualify residential leads through our marketing, door-to-door sales, and referrals
• You review open leads in our lead software and claim the ones that fit your schedule and area
• You go out, walk the job, and put together the estimate
• You complete the job to our quality standards
• You get paid a percentage of every job you complete (60-70% of the contract) No cold calling. No paying for leads. No marketing spend. Just show up and do great work. What we're looking for:
• 3+ years of residential painting experience (interior and/or exterior)
• Able to walk a job and write an accurate estimate
• Your own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation
• General liability insurance
• Clean, professional, and good with homeowners
• Based in or near MetroWest (Wellesley, Weston, Natick, Framingham, Needham, and surrounding towns) Nice to have:
• Your own small crew
• MA HIC registration
• Experience with high-end homes What you get:
