Associated Finishing Incorporated - Generations of Family, Opportunities, and Relationships AFI is currently seeking a powder coat painter to carry out various tasks at our industrial finishing shop, located in Litchfield. We value flexibility, attention to detail, reliability, and motivation and we need someone who holds these same values.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Powder Coat and ensure an even coverage application Prepping metal products for powder coating applications Rack and unrack parts to go along the paint line Assist with the preparation of pieces for powder coating applications Load parts into baking ovens for quick dry Quality inspection of painted pieces and parts Clean and organize work environment Participate in continuous improvement efforts Other general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills:

• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
• Able to work on foot for extended periods of time Powder Coating Experience Preferred.

Shifts:

Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm; Friday 6am-2:30pm
