•Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM Monarch Investment & Management Group is hiring an experienced Roving Painter to support six apartment communities throughout the Waite Park/St. Cloud area. If you have painting experience, take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy variety in your day, this is a great opportunity to put your skills to work. You'll rotate between the following properties, handling painting, surface preparation, drywall repair, light carpentry and apartment make-ready work : Gatewood The Legacy of Waite Park Oaks at Bentonshire Park Meadows Pointe West Upper Tow n

What You'll Do :

Paint and stain interior and exterior areas Prepare surfaces, including drywall repair, texture work and light carpentry Complete caulking, trim work and finishing details Assist with apartment make-ready and unit turns Remove/reinstall outlet covers, fixtures and other items as needed Maintain paint, tools and supplies Keep work areas clean and safe Travel between assigned properties throughout the Waite Park/St. Cloud area

What We're Looking For :

6+ months of painting experience Experience with drywall repair, painting and/or light carpentry Basic knowledge of outlets, switches and light fixtures High school diploma or equivalent Reliable, self-motivated and comfortable working independently Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Valid driver's license and reliable transportation between properties
