General Laborer - Painting Company We are a professional residential painting company seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. You'll be working on projects in homes throughout the area, performing painting work and delivering high-quality services to homeowners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to develop their painting skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Paint residential homes including interior and exterior surfaces Prepare work areas by taping, masking, and covering furniture and floors Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, patching, and cleaning Apply primer, paint, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers Move and set up ladders and other equipment Load and unload materials and supplies Maintain clean and organized work sites in customers' homes Perform general cleanup duties throughout and after projects Follow all safety protocols and guidelines Provide courteous and professional service to homeowners

Requirements:

Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods Reliable transportation and punctuality Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Professional appearance and demeanor when working in customers' homes Previous painting or construction experience is a plus but not required
