Andover, NH We are seeking an experienced Painting Foreman to oversee residential and commercial painting projects in the Andover, NH area. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands-on painting experience, and the ability to manage crews while ensuring high-quality work and jobsite safety.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead painting crews on residential and commercial projects. Oversee interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation, priming, and finishing. Assign tasks, coordinate schedules, and monitor project progress to meet deadlines. Ensure quality workmanship and consistent attention to detail. Read and follow project plans, specifications, and work orders. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite. Monitor materials, supplies, and equipment to keep projects running efficiently. Communicate with project managers, contractors, and team members. Train and support crew members while ensuring proper safety procedures are followed.

Requirements:

Previous painting experience in residential and commercial settings. Prior experience leading or supervising a painting crew. Knowledge of interior and exterior painting techniques, coatings, and surface preparation. Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep projects on schedule. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Reliable transportation and the ability to work on active construction sites. Must have appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
