Organize workflow to maintain balance between sanding and painting operations
Perform paint booth setup and cleanup, including purging and filling lines
Follow production schedules and load-date priorities
Apply white primer and finish coats across all product lines
Execute work based on daily work-to lists
Support delegation of bulk production orders
Maintain paint booth filtration and safety standards
Control paint flow rates and ensure quality (no drips, runs, or defects)

Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
Basic understanding of safety practices in a paint booth environment

Industrial or production painting experience (spray systems, booth work)
