Job Description
Painter I
- Requirements & Responsibilities Core Responsibilities
- Organize workflow to maintain balance between sanding and painting operations
- Perform paint booth setup and cleanup, including purging and filling lines
- Follow production schedules and load-date priorities
- Apply white primer and finish coats across all product lines
- Execute work based on daily work-to lists
- Support delegation of bulk production orders
- Maintain paint booth filtration and safety standards
- Control paint flow rates and ensure quality (no drips, runs, or defects)
- Produce high-quality final finish on all products (caps, decos, balusters, etc.) Qualifications
- Strong understanding of paint application techniques and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
- Basic understanding of safety practices in a paint booth environment
