Property Maintenance & Contracting About Premier Property Services Premier Property Services is seeking a skilled, dependable Exterior Painter & Repair Technician for seasonal exterior painting and repair projects throughout Burlington County, New Jersey. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in exterior painting, surface preparation, patching, skim coating, mortar repairs, and stucco application. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, pays attention to detail, and can work efficiently while maintaining a clean, professional job site. If you have the skills to prepare, repair, and paint exterior surfaces properly, we want to hear from you. Job Responsibilities Perform exterior painting on residential and other property surfaces. Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, cleaning, and removing loose or peeling paint. Patch damaged surfaces and prepare them for painting. Apply skim coats to smooth uneven or damaged areas. Perform mortar patching and minor masonry repairs. Mix and apply Rapid Set stucco repair products and similar materials as appropriate. Prime repaired surfaces and apply paint and protective coatings. Caulk gaps and address surface imperfections before painting. Protect windows, doors, landscaping, walkways, and surrounding areas. Use ladders and painting equipment safely. Maintain a clean, organized work area and protect customer property. Complete assigned work efficiently while maintaining company quality standards. Required Skills & Qualifications Previous exterior painting experience. Ability to patch surfaces and perform skim coating. Experience with mortar repairs and stucco patching. Familiarity with Rapid Set stucco products or similar rapid-setting repair materials. Knowledge of surface preparation, priming, and paint application. Ability to recognize surface damage and determine appropriate preparation and repair methods. Comfortable working
