• About the Position We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and professional Residential & Commercial Painter to join our team in North Jersey.

Our main priority is experience and reliability . The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional painting experience and previous Team Lead or crew leadership experience . This position is hands-on and requires someone who can work independently, lead a small crew when needed, maintain high-quality work, and represent the company professionally at residential and commercial job sites. Requirements 5+ years of professional painting experience required Previous Team Lead / Crew Lead experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is required Strong knowledge of residential and commercial painting Experience with interior and exterior painting Experience with preparation, sanding, patching, caulking, priming, and finishing Able to properly use painting tools and equipment Able to work independently and as part of a team Must be reliable and punctual Must have a valid driver's license Must be able to drive a company van Must be comfortable traveling to different job sites throughout North Jersey Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude Able to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management Must be willing to work occasional weekends when needed Team Lead Responsibilities The Team Lead will be expected to: Lead and coordinate painting crews on job sites Make sure work is completed according to company standards Review job-site preparation and finished work Communicate with management regarding job progress and materials needed Help train and guide less-experienced painters Ensure the crew maintains a clean and safe work environment Help keep projects on schedule Communicate professionally with customers when necessary What We Offer Starting pay: $25/hour and up
