Link Custom Painting, LLC is a growing professional painting company serving Ocean/Monmouth Counties and surrounding areas. We are looking for an experienced Crew Leader / Lead Painter to join our team and help lead residential/commercial painting projects from start to finish. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong painting knowledge, and can effectively lead a crew while maintaining our standards for quality, professionalism, and customer service. (We are ONLY looking for experienced painters that have minimal 4-5 years experience painting professionally and are capable of running a crew. The Crew Leader will be responsible for driving a company work van from Manahawkin to the assigned job site and returning the van to Manahawkin at the end of the workday. Pay & Schedule $30.00 per hour Monday-Friday Approximately 9 hours per day Some Saturdays may be required Sick pay On-the-books employment Full-time position Opportunities for advancement as the company continues to grow Responsibilities Lead and oversee a painting crew on residential/commercial projects Delegate daily tasks and keep the crew productive Perform high-quality interior and exterior painting Ensure proper preparation, application, and finishing techniques Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Communicate professionally with homeowners and management Follow project schedules and help keep jobs on track Identify potential issues and communicate them before they become problems Ensure company quality standards are maintained throughout each project Help train and develop less-experienced painters Qualifications Minimum 4-5 years of professional painting experience Previous crew-lead or leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of residential/commercial painting and preparation Ability to confidently lead and delegate to a crew Reliable, punctual, and professional Strong attention to detail Good communication and customer-service skills Able to work independently and make sound decisions on the job Valid New Jersey driver's license required ( NO exceptions) Must be located in Ocean County, NJ Why Join Link Custom Painting?
