ABOUT THE POSITION

Red Trim Painting Services is looking for an experienced, dependable painter who takes pride in their work and wants the opportunity to grow. We are not looking for someone who simply wants to show up, paint for the day, and go home. We are looking for someone who wants to improve their skills, become more valuable, earn more based on performance, and potentially move into a Crew Leader position. If you work hard, take direction well, and care about the quality of your work, this may be a good fit.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Your responsibilities may include: Preparing interior and exterior surfaces for painting Painting residential and commercial properties Applying paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment Completing work according to professional quality standards Keeping work areas clean and organized Working efficiently as part of a painting crew Following instructions from the Crew Leader or project supervisor Taking responsibility for the quality and productivity of your work Helping the team complete projects safely and on schedule

WHAT WE OFFER

Hourly Pay:

$19-$25 Pay is based on experience, skill level, reliability, productivity, and overall job performance.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience Reliable transportation Ability to communicate in English Additional languages are a plus Comfortable using brushes, rollers, and basic painting equipment Dependable and able to arrive at work on time Willing to learn and accept feedback Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Able to work effectively as part of a team
