Employee Experience:

10+ years professional painting experience required Paint Pals LLC is looking for a highly experienced residential painter to join our growing team. This position is designed for someone who knows the painting trade inside and out and is interested in eventually moving into a Field Supervisor / Crew Leadership role as our company grows. You will start working in the field with our crews so you can learn our standards and processes. The right person will gradually take on more responsibility overseeing projects, maintaining quality, helping train painters, and keeping crews productive and on schedule. Responsibilities Interior and exterior residential painting Professional brush and roller work Airless spraying Surface preparation, sanding, scraping, caulking and patching Masking and protecting customer property Maintain clean and professional job sites Identify and communicate job-site problems Complete touch-ups and punch lists Help maintain company quality standards Assist and train less-experienced painters Eventually help supervise crews and projects Requirements 10+ years of professional painting experience Strong interior and exterior painting experience Strong brush and roller skills Airless spraying experience Knowledge of proper prep, primers and coating systems Ability to recognize and correct workmanship issues Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Strong communication skills Dependable and punctual Professional around customers Comfortable working from ladders Ability to work independently and as part of a crew Previous crew leader, foreman or supervisory experience is strongly preferred. Growth Opportunity We're not looking for someone who wants to stay in the same position forever. Our goal is to find an experienced painter who can prove themselves in the field and eventually grow into a Field Supervisor position helping oversee multiple Paint Pals projects and crews. Future responsibilities may include crew supervision, quality-control inspections, project scheduling, material coordination, training painters and helping ensure projects are completed correctly and on time.
