Floor Care & Painter - Part Time Northcrest Nursing & Rehabilitation Center - Napoleon, OH Part-Time Northcrest Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a dependable and motivated Part-Time Floor Care & Painter to join our team! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping a facility looking its best, and can assist with both floor care and painting projects throughout the building.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine floor care, including cleaning, buffing, stripping, and waxing Complete interior painting and touch-up projects throughout the facility Prepare walls and surfaces for painting Maintain resident rooms, hallways, common areas, and other facility spaces Properly use and maintain floor care and painting equipment Assist the Maintenance Department with general projects as needed Follow all safety and infection-control procedures Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff

What We're Looking For:

Previous floor care and/or painting experience preferred Dependable with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage assigned projects Comfortable performing physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is a plus Join Northcrest!
