Key Responsibilities:

Perform painting tasks such as surface preparation, priming, painting, and finishing according to project specifications. Work closely with the renovation team to understand project requirements and timelines. Inspect units to identify punch list items related to painting, including touch-ups, corrections, and finishing details. Coordinate with project managers and other trades to prioritize and complete punch list items efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper storage and care of tools and materials. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others. Communicate effectively with team members and project stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any issues or concerns. Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in craftsmanship and attention to detail in all painting tasks.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a painter, with a focus on residential or commercial renovations preferred. Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools. Ability to interpret project specifications and blueprints. Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team. Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Must be willing to submit a background check. Health Insurance and supplemental benefits offered after one year of employment.
