Job Description

Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial painting projects Complete surface preparation, including sanding, masking, scraping, caulking, patching, and cleaning Paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment when applicable Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Protect customer property and finished surfaces Communicate professionally with team members, customers, and supervisors Follow company safety guidelines and quality standards Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results Complete assigned work within expected timeframes Assist with other job-related tasks as needed Requirements Requirements Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience required Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial painting practices Proficient with brush and roller application Experience with surface preparation and proper painting techniques Reliable transportation to and from job sites daily Ability to work overtime, especially during the peak summer season Comfortable working on ladders and in active job site environments Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., bend, reach, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Good communication and customer-service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional appearance and attitude Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required Preferred Skills - Starting Pay Considered Airless or HVLP spray experience Advanced brush and roll skills Strong surface preparation skills Knowledge of paints, coatings, primers, and application methods Experience working with different surfaces and substrates Crew leadership or training experience Ability to troubleshoot job-site issues and work independently
