Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Preparing surfaces for painting, including scraping, sanding, patching, and masking. Applying paint, stain, and varnish using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Ensuring all work areas are left clean and professional at the end of each shift. Communicating project status clearly with team leaders. Following all safety protocols, especially when working in various environments. Over time, you will: Develop expertise in various painting techniques and specialty finishes. Take on more complex projects as your skills and reliability are proven. Participate in performance reviews to discuss your professional growth and compensation adjustments.
