Job Description
Looking for a stable, full-time painting position where you can focus on one project instead of bouncing from job to job? Cover It Painting is hiring a Project Painter to join our growing commercial team. You'll typically be assigned to one large project—such as an apartment community, hotel, senior living facility, or commercial building—for several months at a time. You'll become familiar with the project, work alongside the same crew, and help deliver high-quality results from start to finish. What You'll Do Paint apartments, hallways, offices, common areas, and commercial spaces Spray walls, ceilings, trim, and doors Brush and roll professional finishes Complete prep work, masking, sanding, and caulking Perform touch-ups and punch-list work Keep your work area clean and organized Follow project schedules and quality standards Work safely and professionally every day What We're Looking For 2+ years of painting experience preferred Comfortable using airless sprayers Able to produce clean, professional work Reliable and dependable—you show up every day ready to work Positive attitude and team player Willing to learn and improve Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Pay & Benefits Full-time, year-round employment $25-$29 per hour , depending on experience Two weeks paid vacation Paid holidays Consistent work on long-term commercial projects Performance-based raises Opportunity to earn a company vehicle after demonstrating reliability and strong performance Advancement opportunities within a rapidly growing company Why Join Cover It Painting?
