We run 6 crews across Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts — high-end residential repaints, commercial interior/Exterior, and everything in between. We're growing, and we need 3 painters. Pay & advancement: $23-$30/hr — your rate is set by what you can do, not by how well you negotiate A written pay ladder — every painter here knows exactly what skills move him to the next rate Reviews every January and July — automatic, whether you ask or not $500 Sign-On bonus — half at 45 days and half at 90

The work:

Strong season March through December. We work to keep our best guys busy through winter with interiors and commercial work — the better you are, the more winter work you see. What we're looking for: 2+ years of professional painting experience You cut a clean line and roll without leaving laps You can take a room from prep to finish on your own Spray experience is a plus and pays more Reliable transportation and you show up when you say you will You keep a job site clean and treat customers' homes with respect Who does well here: Guys who want to get better. Several of our foremen started on a brush with us and now run their own crews. Who doesn't: Anyone who needs to be chased. We show up on time, we answer the phone, we finish what we start.
