B Quality Painting is looking for a dependable Residential Painter / Crew Member to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, wants to improve their skills, works well with others, and understands the importance of delivering a professional experience in our customers' homes. This position is open to painters at different skill levels. You may be a developing painter who is still building your skills or an experienced residential painter who can work independently on many painting tasks. Starting pay is based on your demonstrated skill level, experience, productivity, reliability, and ability to perform professional painting work.

What We're Looking For Painting Experience:
Previous professional painting experience is preferred. We are open to different experience levels depending on demonstrated ability and willingness to learn.

Carpentry / Wood
Replacement Skills Are a
Plus:
Experience with minor carpentry, exterior wood replacement, or repairing rotten wood is valuable. Crew Member Responsibilities As a Residential Painter / Crew Member, you will be expected to: Perform interior and exterior residential painting work. Complete preparation work such as masking, covering, sanding, scraping, caulking, patching, and cleaning as required. Apply coatings using brushes, rollers, and other appropriate painting equipment based on your skill level and training. Follow the project scope and directions provided by the Crew Leader. Work productively while maintaining B Quality Painting's workmanship standards. Protect customers' homes, furnishings, landscaping, and property. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite. Properly use and care for company tools and equipment. Communicate problems, damage, concerns, or unexpected conditions to the Crew Leader. Follow company processes, safety procedures, and project checklists. Work respectfully and professionally with customers and other team members. Represent B Quality Painting professionally at all times. Experience & Compensation Pay range: $18-$25 per hour. Starting pay within the range is based on demonstrated painting ability, workmanship, productivity, reliability, experience, communication, and professionalism. The lower portion of the range is appropriate for developing painters and helpers who have a strong work ethic and are building their professional painting skills. The middle and higher portions of the range are intended for increasingly experienced painters who can complete more painting tasks correctly, efficiently, and with less supervision. Years of experience alone do not determine starting pay. Demonstrated ability and performance matter.
