THE OPPORTUNITY

Champions Services is looking for reliable, motivated Route Curb Address Painters to operate an assigned residential territory. This is more than a painting position. You will be responsible for working your assigned territory from canvassing to completed curb. Champions Services assigns the territory. You do not have to find your own territory.

Your job is to:

Canvass → Take the Order → Invoice the Customer → Schedule the Job → Paint the Curb → Document the Work This opportunity is designed for someone who wants to build a productive route and grow with Champions Services.

HOW THE ROUTE WORKS

Your territory will generally be assigned within approximately 30 minutes of your designated service area, depending on available neighborhoods and business needs. Monday Canvassing Day Work your assigned neighborhood and speak with homeowners about their curb address.

When a homeowner wants service:

Confirm the service they want Take the customer information Create the Square invoice Text or email the invoice to the customer Schedule the curb for painting Tuesday & Wednesday Painting Days Complete the customers scheduled from Monday's canvassing. Thursday Canvassing Day Return to your assigned route and canvass additional streets and neighborhoods. Friday & Saturday Painting Days Complete the customers scheduled from Thursday's canvassing. The goal is to create a consistent cycle of canvassing and production within your assigned territory.

OUR SERVICES & YOUR COMMISSION

You earn 50% of the customer price for completed and approved curb work. Compensation is based on completed work. The number of customers you generate and complete will determine your earnings.

HAND-PAINTED CURB ADDRESSES

Champions Services specializes in hand-painted curb addresses. You will be trained on our painting process, layout standards and quality expectations.

New Route Curb Address Painters will initially focus on Basic curb addresses.

CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS

We are not a pushy sales company. Our goal is to take care of the customer. Most homeowners already know whether they want a basic address, custom logo, half-color design or Texas Flag. Your job is to explain the options, answer questions, provide the correct price and make the process easy. You are representing Champions Services every time you speak with a homeowner.

REQUIREMENTS

You must: Have reliable transportation Have a valid driver's license Have a smartphone Be comfortable working outdoors in Houston heat, sun and humidity Be able to kneel, bend and stand for extended periods Be able to lift up to 50 pounds Be dependable and communicate when problems arise Be comfortable speaking with homeowners Be able to follow instructions and quality standards Be willing to canvass neighborhoods Be able to work independently Be comfortable with performance-based compensation Previous painting or sales experience is helpful, but not required. INITIAL SUPPLY REQUIREMENT

Route Curb Address Painters must be prepared to purchase approximately $125 of approved startup painting supplies needed to begin operating their route. Champions Services will reimburse approved supply purchases according to company policy after the required documentation/receipts are submitted. You are responsible for maintaining the supplies necessary to perform your work. 1099 INDEPENDENT

CONTRACTOR

This opportunity is structured as a 1099 independent contractor relationship, not an hourly employment position. Compensation is based on completed work rather than hours worked.
