Project Overview We are seeking experienced painting professionals to support a short-term construction project involving the exterior and interior repainting of a school facility. The project includes surface preparation, pressure washing, and application of paint using rolling, brushing, and spray painting techniques. Project Duration
Approximately 6-7 weeks
Start date: July 20th

Responsibilities
Perform interior and exterior painting of school facilities
Complete pressure washing and surface preparation as needed
Apply paint using brush, roller, and spray methods
Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
Follow project timelines and safety procedures
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar painting or construction role
Familiarity with exterior and interior painting techniques
Ability to safely operate painting and pressure washing equipment
Must possess a valid Texas ID
Must successfully pass a background check
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
Compensation
Paid as 1099 independent contractor
