We are looking for a dependable and skilled Painter/Handyman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and commercial painting, drywall repair, carpentry, and general maintenance work. Candidates must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while maintaining high-quality standards. Requirements Must have reliable transportation Must have your own basic tools and equipment Minimum 2 years of painting and handyman experience preferred Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members Responsibilities Interior and exterior painting Surface preparation including sanding, patching, caulking, and priming Drywall repair and texture matching Minor carpentry repairs and installations Install shelving, trim, doors, hardware, and fixtures General property repairs and maintenance Maintain a clean and safe work environment Complete projects efficiently and to high-quality standards Preferred Experience Cabinet painting and refinishing Flooring, tile, and trim work Basic plumbing and electrical repairs Property maintenance or remodeling experience What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent work opportunities Flexible scheduling Growth opportunities for the right candidate Only apply if you have reliable transportation and your own tools.
