The Handyman Can LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Painter with 2-3 years of professional experience who is also handy with general home repairs. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craftsmanship, maintains a clean workspace, and can communicate effectively with the team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• drywall repair and finishing
• Interior and exterior painting (prep, priming, painting).
• Performing general "handyman" tasks as needed, including light electrical, plumbing, tile work, or carpentry.
• Ensuring all tools and job sites are kept clean and organized.
• Providing excellent customer service and clear communication on-site.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  2-3 years of professional painting experience.

• Skills:

  Proficiency in light plumbing, electrical, tiling, or carpentry is highly preferred.

• Physical Demands:

  Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably on high ladders.

• Documentation:

  Must have a valid Social Security card authorized for work.

• Driving:

  Must possess a valid Virginia Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Compensation:

$35

• 45 per hour (Base pay determined by experience)
