Responsibilities

• Utilize hand tools to prepare surfaces for painting, ensuring proper adhesion.
• Apply painting techniques to achieve high-quality finishes.
• Perform plastering, and painting tasks with attention to detail.
• Apply caulking and painting techniques for a polished final look. Qualifications
• Proficiency in using hand tools for painting tasks
• Experience in painting projects
• Familiarity with paint estimating and color theory
• Ability to read blueprints and perform plastering work
• Knowledge of renovation and painting processes
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Experience in carpentry, drywall installation, and caulking
• Familiarity with trim carpentry and stucco application
