We are looking for the best. We currently complete approximately 20 painting projects every month , and we're growing aggressively. Our goal is to double our growth this year and triple our growth next year . We're looking for an experienced painter who can move fast without sacrificing quality or skipping steps . You need to understand proper preparation, professional application, jobsite cleanliness, and what it takes to deliver an excellent finished product. As a benchmark for the speed we're looking for, you should be capable of completing approximately 3 full exterior repaints per month independently while maintaining professional-quality standards. Compensation $8,000/month base production target, paid on a piece-rate basis Compensation is earned through completion of the required home repaint production quota $10,000+ per month earning potential for painters capable of exceeding production expectations Consistent pipeline of projects Full-time, year-round opportunity What We're Looking For Experienced residential painter Capable of completing approximately 3 exterior repaints per month independently Fast and highly efficient without sacrificing craftsmanship Excellent knowledge of proper surface preparation No shortcuts — prep work must be completed correctly Strong attention to detail and clean finishes Reliable, professional, and self-motivated Comfortable working independently Able to maintain a clean and organized jobsite Must have your own reliable work van or equivalent work vehicle Must own the professional painting tools and equipment necessary to complete projects independently Must be able to transport your own tools and equipment to jobsites We Are Looking for the Best This position is not designed for an entry-level painter . We want someone who already knows the trade and can take responsibility for getting projects completed efficiently and correctly.
