Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pipelayer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of pipelines, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities Install and maintain various types of pipelines for water, gas, and oil distribution. Dig trenches and prepare sites for pipeline installation using appropriate tools and machinery. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate placement of pipelines. Utilize front loader trucks and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Perform utility locating to avoid damage to existing underground utilities during installation. Conduct concrete forming and finishing as required for pipeline support structures. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining quality workmanship. Skills Proficient in welding techniques relevant to pipeline installation. Strong digging skills with experience in trenching operations. Knowledge of plumbing systems related to pipeline work. Ability to read blueprints accurately for effective project execution. Experience operating front loader trucks and other heavy machinery safely. Skilled in concrete finishing techniques for pipeline installations. Familiarity with utility locating processes to ensure safe digging practices. Background in oil and gas pipeline installation is a plus.
