Install process water, chilled water, compressed air, hydraulic, gas, steam, chemical, drain, and machine utility piping systems as applicable. Install valves, regulators, strainers, supports, hangers, instrumentation connections, and equipment tie-ins. Measure, cut, prep, fit, and assemble piping accurately; verify routing, slope, clearances, supports, and conformance with drawings and specifications. Pressure-test, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair installed systems; identify and correct leaks, fit-up issues, and system deficiencies. Operate forklifts, hoists, lifts, and other material-handling equipment as qualified; work at height and in active industrial environments. Coordinate closely with plumbers, millwrights, electricians, controls technicians, and project leadership on integrated machine installation and relocation projects. Maintain strict compliance with jobsite safety requirements, LOTO, confined-space procedures, hotwork requirements, and company policies. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hands-on industrial pipefitting experience in manufacturing, process, or heavyindustrial environments. Demonstrated ability to lay out and install piping systems from prints, isometrics, P&IDs, and field measurements. Working proficiency with multiple pipe materials including PVC/CPVC, copper, galvanized, stainless steel, and black steel. Experience with several joining methods such as ProPress, MegaPress, Victaulic/grooved, threaded, soldered/brazed, and welded systems. Demonstrated welding and pipe-fit-up capability appropriate to industrial installation work. Ability to troubleshoot piping systems and perform pressure testing, inspection, modification, and repair.
