Copper Peaks Solutions, LLC - Maryland Plant Assignment Copper Peaks Solutions, LLC is an industrial mechanical and plant maintenance company based in East Tennessee. We are currently building a dedicated maintenance team to support a long-term customer at a single industrial facility in Linkwood, Maryland . This is a steady, repeat-site role — not bouncing from job to job. You will be assigned to the same plant on a rotating 2-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off schedule. We are looking for experienced, safety-focused millwrights who are comfortable working around heavy industrial and process equipment. Position Summary This Traveling position will provide on-site mechanical maintenance and repair support at a single industrial rendering / process facility in Maryland. Work will focus on maintaining and repairing plant equipment including conveyors, rotating equipment, pumps, pipe, structural and rendering/process systems. This is a rotational travel position: 2 weeks working on site in Maryland, followed by 2 weeks off. Schedule & Travel Rotational schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off All work is performed at the same plant in Maryland Lodging and per diem provided during on-rotation (project specific) Travel to and from the site coordinated by Copper Peaks Solutions Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on industrial plant equipment Fabricate and weld carbon and stainless pipe. Fabricate and weld custom carbon and stainless industry specific needs. Fabricate and install threaded piping. Screw conveyors. Belt and chain conveyors Rendering and process equipment Pumps, gearboxes, bearings, shafts, and rotating equipment Perform equipment change-outs, alignments, and component replacement Assist with shutdowns, breakdown repairs, and planned maintenance Perform mechanical troubleshooting on process and production equipment Work closely with plant operations and maintenance teams Follow all site safety procedures, LOTO requirements, and company policies Accurately document work performed and communicate job status to supervision Preferred Experience Experience working in: Rendering plants, food processing, or similar heavy process facilities Material handling systems and conveyors. Must have experience in Pipefitting and Welding on Stainless material Experience working around production equipment and working safely. Required Qualifications 2+ years of Pipefitting and welding Ability to work a rotating 2-week-on / 2-week-off schedule Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Comfortable working in industrial environments Ability to safely lift, rig, and handle mechanical components Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to pass background screening and site-specific safety requirements What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Consistent rotational schedule (built-in time off every rotation) Overtime opportunities during on-rotation Per diem and lodging while working on site Opportunity for long-term, steady work at one facility A small, field-driven company with direct access to leadership Why Copper Peaks Solutions?
