Contract Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm (OT Available) Greene Resources is seeking a Pipe Fitter to join a growing and dynamic team! Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and piping specifications. Fit pipes of various metals for pipe welders and piping systems. Determine proper routing and layout of piping systems to meet customer requirements. Determine the appropriate tools, materials, and fitting methods for each project. Assemble, install, and repair pipe components and systems according to specifications. Measure and mark pipes for cutting, threading, and installation. Prepare piping materials by clamping, cutting, and applying chemical solutions as needed. Secure pipes to walls, fixtures, and other structures using brackets, clamps, and welding equipment. Inspect materials, equipment, and tools to ensure they are safe and ready for use. Maintain supplies, equipment, and tools in an organized and functional condition. Perform other mechanical duties as assigned when pipe fitting work is not required.

Position Requirements:

Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics. Ability to safely use hand tools, including measuring tapes, levels, and channel locks. Must have reliable transportation. Must be willing and able to work extended 10-12 hour shifts. Comfortable working in cold and hot environments, as well as outdoor elements in varying weather conditions.
