Plumbing is our core, and we also do electrical and heating work. Our specialty is large water-use projects for dairy and agricultural customers: supply lines, pumps, parlor and barn water systems, and underground heating lines, the kind of work most shops won't take on. What You'll Do Lay and connect underground water lines on farm and commercial sites, including PVC, HDPE, ductile iron with mechanical joint fittings, and pre-insulated pipe Run a mini-excavator, skid steer, or telehandler to trench, bed, backfill, and move material Set and tie in hydrants, waterers, valves, and service connections at barns and parlors Help install and service farm water systems: well and booster pumps, pressure tanks, and related controls Assist our plumbers and heating techs on dairy installs, including parlor, milkhouse, and barn plumbing and heating Find and repair leaks on existing underground lines Log your time, request materials, and document your work with photos and notes in our mobile apps Work safely in trenches and around buried utilities, livestock, and farm equipment Keep the site clean and the customer's operation running while you work What We're Looking For 2+ years laying pipe in utility, site, or agricultural work Able to read grade, work to line and depth, and assemble joints correctly the first time Comfortable on a working farm: early starts, animals, weather, and following the farm's rules Comfortable using work apps on a phone or tablet for time tracking, material orders, and job notes and photos Valid driver's license, and you must be approved to drive company vehicles under our insurance. At-fault accidents or certain driving violations may disqualify you. Able to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors year-round Willing to travel for out-of-area projects

Experience or knowledge of dairy operations: parlors, freestall barns, and livestock water systems Skid steer or telehandler experience (we use a "Pettibone") HDPE butt fusion experience Pump, well, or water system experience Plumbing or hydronic heating experience Trench safety or competent person training CDL Where This Goes Our farm work is growing and we need foremen. You'll learn pump, plumbing, and heating work alongside our techs, so you understand the whole system, not just the trench. If you can run a job well, keep the customer informed, and bring newer hands along, you can move into running jobs and then into a foreman role on our agricultural projects.
