Key Responsibilities:
Execute high-quality workmanship in your area of expertise
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure efficient workflow
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Adhere to all building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in the field
Complete projects on schedule while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years of specialized experience in your trade
Proven track record of quality craftsmanship and reliability
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must have own tools relevant to your trade
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Preferred Qualifications:
Multi-trade experience is a strong plus
OSHA certification or relevant safety training preferred but not required
Experience working with a general contractor or on large-scale projects
