Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute high-quality workmanship in your area of expertise
  • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
  • Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure efficient workflow
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
  • Adhere to all building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in the field
  • Complete projects on schedule while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of specialized experience in your trade
  • Proven track record of quality craftsmanship and reliability
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must have own tools relevant to your trade
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Multi-trade experience is a strong plus
  • OSHA certification or relevant safety training preferred but not required
  • Experience working with a general contractor or on large-scale projects
