This position supports ADR (Adsorption, Desorption, Recovery) operations at a remote gold mine located in rural northern Nevada. The ADR Operator performs assigned operational tasks safely and efficiently, following established procedures and production parameters to ensure consistent plant performance. This role requires working in a remote environment with exposure to outdoor conditions, industrial equipment, and mining‑related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate ADR machinery, tools, and equipment safely to maintain continuous operations.
Conduct daily inspections of systems and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and operational records; submit reports to the Supervisor.
Handle reagents safely and perform required clean‑up activities.
Execute weekly refinery and ADR clean‑out and pour activities.
Maintain a clean, hazard‑free work environment and submit maintenance work requests as needed.
Attend daily Line Out meetings and complete routine administrative tasks.
Adhere to all SOPs, checklists, schedules, and safety requirements.
Participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in a mining operation or similar industrial environment preferred.
Technical knowledge related to ADR/CIC processes and plant operations.
Ability to use Microsoft Office and computer‑based systems.
Valid driver's license
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
Work 12-hour shifts, including days/nights/weekends/holidays (may need to fill in for vacations).
Climbing ladders and stairs; prolonged standing and walking on uneven ground.
Moderate to heavy repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs.
Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling.
