We are a locally owned and operated FL General Contractor specializing in Concrete Restoration and window & sliding glass door company. We have several high rise projects in Daytona Beach and New Smyrna Beach areas. Job duties include, but not limited to: Demolition and removal of damaged concrete Use of power tools, grinders, chipping hammers, saws, etc. Building forms and pouring concrete Stucco / Plastering Painting, caulking, crack sealing Waterproofing, deck coating, urethane coatings Replacement of sliding glass doors and windows (fenestration) Qualifications Comfortable with heights (with OSHA approved PPO and fall protection) Swing stage experience a plus Frequent walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching and climbing Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs. and up to 90 lbs. with assistance of materials and tools. Must be dependable, own tools and have reliable transportation.
