Experienced Restoration & Construction Laborer Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Restoration & Construction Laborer to join our team working primarily on condominium and beachside restoration projects. This position is for someone with solid hands-on construction experience who is comfortable performing a variety of restoration and repair work. No two projects are exactly the same. Our work includes concrete restoration, waterproofing, coatings, caulking, painting, stucco repairs, and general construction. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, experienced with restoration work, and able to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently with minimal supervision. You should be comfortable working outdoors, at active condominium properties, and in changing jobsite conditions. Professionalism and communication are important. Many of our projects take place in occupied condominium communities, so employees are expected to conduct themselves professionally around residents, property managers, HOA representatives, and other contractors. Responsibilities Perform concrete demolition, repair, patching, and restoration work Assist with forming, reinforcing steel/rebar installation, and concrete pours Perform waterproofing and deck coating applications Install caulking, sealants, and joint materials Perform stucco and EIFS repairs Complete surface preparation, grinding, chipping, and cleaning Perform painting and coating work as needed Use power tools, grinders, chipping hammers, saws, and other construction equipment safely Assist with general construction repairs and miscellaneous jobsite tasks Follow project plans, specifications, and instructions from supervisors Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Properly maintain tools, materials, and equipment Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements Work professionally around condominium residents, property managers, and other project stakeholders Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of construction or restoration experience preferred Experience with concrete repair and restoration Experience with waterproofing, coatings, caulking, and sealants Ability to safely operate common construction tools and equipment Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat and beachside environments Comfortable working from ladders, scaffolding, and elevated work areas Reliable transportation Dependable and able to report to work consistently and on time Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a crew Preferred Qualifications Condominium restoration experience EIFS and stucco repair experience Concrete forming and rebar experience Experience with suspended scaffolding and swing stages Experience with waterproof deck coating systems OSHA certification or other construction safety training Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Compensation Pay based on experience and qualifications.
