TerraCraft Outdoors builds patios, walkways, steps, segmental retaining walls, drainage systems, and landscape installations out of Bardstown. This is construction work — excavation, base prep, compaction in lifts, screed, grade, and pitch. We're looking for someone who builds it right. You don't have to want to run a crew. If you'd rather build than manage, this is the seat. What you'll do Build segmental retaining walls — base course, backfill, drainage stone, geogrid Install paver and natural stone patios, walkways, and steps — excavation, base, screed, cuts, compaction Install drainage — French drains, downspout lines, catch basins, grading to pitch Install plant material to plan — layout, setting depth, soil prep, bed grading Run our equipment: skid steer, mini excavator, plate compactor, concrete saw, chainsaw, laser level Haul with dump trucks and equipment trailers Hold grade off a string line or laser Who we're looking for Coming off any of these?

Concrete flatwork or finishing Masonry or block laying Excavation, site work, or utility/pipe crews Hardscape or paver installation Distillery or commercial site construction Landscape design/build Required Valid driver's license, comfortable towing a trailer Physical stamina — lifting, standing, heat and cold Shows up on time, every day Preferred 2+ years in hardscape, concrete, masonry, or site work Skid steer or mini excavator time CDL — we run a CDL dump truck and will pay you more for it Bilingual English/Spanish What we offer $22-24/hour to start , based on what you can actually do, reviewed at 90 days Paid CDL training if you don't have it. It's yours to keep. Paid ICPI certification You won't do the same thing twice in a week. Walls Monday, drainage Wednesday, planting Friday. If you're tired of pouring the same slab in the same subdivision for eight months, this is different work. Weekly pay, on time, every time Boot allowance Overtime available in season Crew lead seats open up here and we fill them from inside — $26-30
