Job Description
If you've laid block, finished flatwork, or set pipe, you already know most of this job. TerraCraft Outdoors builds patios, walkways, steps, segmental retaining walls, drainage systems, and landscape installations out of Bardstown. This is construction work — excavation, base prep, compaction in lifts, screed, grade, and pitch. We're looking for someone who builds it right. You don't have to want to run a crew. If you'd rather build than manage, this is the seat. What you'll do Build segmental retaining walls — base course, backfill, drainage stone, geogrid Install paver and natural stone patios, walkways, and steps — excavation, base, screed, cuts, compaction Install drainage — French drains, downspout lines, catch basins, grading to pitch Install plant material to plan — layout, setting depth, soil prep, bed grading Run our equipment: skid steer, mini excavator, plate compactor, concrete saw, chainsaw, laser level Haul with dump trucks and equipment trailers Hold grade off a string line or laser Who we're looking for Coming off any of these?
