Responsibilities Interpret construction plans and technical drawings to accurately execute inground pool designs. Prepare the site by performing excavation, grading, and foundation work using heavy equipment operation skills. Install plumbing systems, electrical components, and filtration equipment following safety protocols and technical specifications. Build concrete forms, pour concrete, and perform masonry work to create durable pool shells and surrounding hardscape features. Install building materials such as tiles, coping, trim carpentry elements, cabinetry, and flooring around the pool area. Conduct inspections during construction phases to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for tasks like caulking, plastering, fabrication, window installation, and masonry work. Coordinate with team members to manage project timelines efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Adhere strictly to safety protocols on-site to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment. Complete detailed documentation of work progress, site conditions, and inspection reports throughout each project phase. Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on building construction or remodeling projects. Hands-on experience with outdoor construction projects involving hardscape installation such as patios or walkways. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and construction plans specific to pool installations. Skilled in operating heavy equipment including excavators or loaders used in site preparation. Knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring related to pool equipment, and building material installation techniques. Experience working with hand tools and power tools for tasks like tile laying, caulking, masonry, or trim carpentry. Strong understanding of safety protocols applicable to outdoor construction sites involving heavy machinery and electrical components.
