Job Overview We are seeking skilled and reliable Sub Contractors to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing specialized construction tasks across various projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse building and remodeling initiatives, including hardscaping, interior finishes, and exterior installations. As a Sub Contractor, your expertise will help bring construction visions to life efficiently and safely, supporting our commitment to excellence in every project. Duties Interpret and follow detailed construction plans, technical drawings, and specifications to complete assigned tasks accurately. Perform a variety of construction activities such as framing, drywall installation, tile laying, flooring, masonry, and cabinet installation. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively to complete projects on time. Conduct building material installation including plastering, caulking, electrical wiring, plumbing fixtures, and concrete forming. Execute hardscaping construction projects such as paving, masonry work, and outdoor hardscape features with precision. Inspect work sites regularly to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards; address any issues promptly. Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to interpret technical drawings and ensure seamless coordination across tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering strictly to safety protocols at all times. Experience Proven experience in construction management, estimating, inspection or related roles within the building industry. Extensive hands-on experience with building construction including remodeling, hardscaping, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, masonry, and carpentry. Demonstrated ability to operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment and perform fabrication work safely on outdoor or indoor sites. Strong knowledge of construction plans and technical drawings with the ability to interpret specifications accurately. Experience working on hardscape projects such as patios or walkways is highly desirable. Familiarity with electrical systems, plumbing installations or concrete forming is a plus. Prior outdoor work experience in various weather conditions; ability to adapt quickly while maintaining safety standards.
