$23.00 - $30.00 per hour Job description: Job Summary Structure Personnel is working with a Great company in Medina county that is looking to add to their dynamic team. They are looking for a Landscape/Hardscape Specialist, where you will play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into stunning, functional environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, utilizing your skills in landscape and hardscape installation. You'll be responsible for executing high-quality outdoor projects, ensuring safety compliance, and collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional results. If you thrive in outdoor work environments and have a passion for craftsmanship, this role is perfect for you! This is a Full-time position. The pay range is $23.00 to $30.00 based on your experience. Backgrounds will be reviewed - No theft, No Violence Must have valid driver's license! Duties Install and construct various landscape features such as patios, retaining walls, walkways, and garden beds using hand tools and power tools Execute hardscape projects including stonework, bricklaying, and concrete finishing with precision and attention to detail Interpret construction plans and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution Operate heavy equipment safely for excavation, grading, and material placement Install building materials such as stucco, caulking, trim, doors, flooring, tiles, cabinets, and windows on outdoor structures Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to safety protocols and project specifications Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects involving plumbing, electrical work, or other building trades Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on outdoor work environments and landscape/hardscape projects Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation Knowledge of building construction techniques including stucco application, plastering, caulking, and tile laying Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately Familiarity with safety protocol adherence on active construction sites Experience with window installation, door hanging, flooring installation, cabinetry setup, and electrical or plumbing basics is a plus Strong physical stamina for outdoor labor in varying weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving If you are interested in hearing more, stop by Structure Personnel to complete the application process.
