Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Synthetic Turf Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality synthetic turf across various outdoor projects, ensuring precise placement and finishing according to project specifications. Your expertise will help transform outdoor spaces into vibrant, durable, and low-maintenance landscapes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse hardscaping and landscaping projects, utilizing your construction skills and passion for outdoor improvement. Duties Prepare surfaces by grading, leveling, and compacting soil or existing surfaces to ensure proper turf installation. Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and project specifications to execute installations accurately. Use hand tools and power tools such as trenchers, sod cutters, compaction equipment, and measuring devices to install synthetic turf efficiently. Install necessary sub-base materials, edging, drainage systems, and accessories to ensure long-lasting turf performance. Follow safety protocols diligently while operating heavy equipment and handling construction materials on outdoor sites. Conduct quality inspections during and after installation to ensure adherence to project standards and specifications. Collaborate with project managers, landscape architects, and other trades such as carpentry or electrical teams to coordinate work seamlessly. Qualifications Proven experience in construction or landscaping installation projects, especially with hardscaping or turf installation preferred. Familiarity with building materials including synthetic turf, gravel, sand, drainage components, and edging materials. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and interpreting technical drawings or construction plans. Knowledge of safety protocols related to outdoor construction sites and equipment operation. Experience with related skills such as plumbing, electrical work, caulking, stucco application, flooring installation or remodeling is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail. Pay:

$25.85 - $38.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
