Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape and Hardscape Installer, where you will bring outdoor spaces to life through expert installation of hardscaping features and landscape elements. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from patios and walkways to retaining walls and outdoor living spaces. You will be instrumental in transforming client visions into reality by utilizing your construction skills, knowledge of building materials, and outdoor work experience. Duties Install hardscape features such as pavers, stone walls, retaining walls, fire pits, and outdoor kitchens following detailed construction plans and technical drawings. Execute landscape installations including planting, soil preparation, irrigation systems, and decorative features. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and efficiently to complete projects on time. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure precise installation of materials like stucco, caulking, plastering, glass, cabinets, and window systems. Conduct site inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to safety protocols throughout each phase of construction. Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects involving electrical work, plumbing integration, carpentry (including trim carpentry), and building material installation. Maintain a clean and organized work site while adhering strictly to safety procedures and protocols at all times. Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on outdoor hardscaping construction projects or landscape installation. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and construction plans related to building construction or remodeling projects. Hands-on experience operating power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery used in outdoor installations. Knowledge of building materials such as stone, brick, concrete pavers, stucco, glass for installations like windows or glass features. Background in plumbing or electrical work is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is valued. Strong understanding of safety protocols applicable on construction sites involving outdoor work environments. Experience with jobber software or similar construction management tools is advantageous for reviewing plans and documentation.
