Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties, including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to job sites. Use hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, pipe threading equipment, and schematics to complete tasks efficiently. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate installation and repairs. Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and maintain optimal flow. Perform plumbing system inspections to identify issues early and recommend appropriate solutions. Adhere to local building codes and safety regulations while executing all plumbing tasks. Assist with remodeling projects by assembling fixtures, carpentry work, and heavy lifting as needed. Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed for quality assurance. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about project status and maintenance needs. Skills Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing systems in residential or commercial settings. Proficiency in welding techniques for pipe fitting and repair tasks. Strong drain cleaning skills utilizing specialized tools and techniques. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, mechanical knowledge of water systems, and assembly processes. Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans accurately. Knowledge of local building codes relevant to plumbing installations and repairs. Experience operating heavy machinery such as pipe threading machines or plumbing inspection cameras. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely in various environments. Familiarity with remodeling projects including carpentry tasks related to plumbing fixtures installation or replacement. Physical ability for heavy lifting, working at heights or confined spaces as required on construction sites. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to pipe sizes or flow rates.
