We're looking for an experienced Residential Service Plumber who can confidently run service calls from diagnosis through completion without direct supervision. You should be someone who:

• Has 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience
• Is confident diagnosing plumbing problems and determining the right solution
• Can communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
• Can explain problems, options, and recommendations without being pushy
• Takes ownership of each job from start to finish—including callbacks
• Produces clean, professional workmanship
• Shows up on time and prepared to work
• Can work independently without constant supervision
• Pays attention to details and doesn't cut corners
• Keeps a clean, organized van and jobsite
• Takes pride in leaving every job better than you found it
• Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Has a valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
• Is able to safely lift and carry 75+ lbs when required
• Is comfortable working in crawl spaces, confined areas, and other physically demanding environments The Job As a Residential Service Plumber, you'll be responsible for responding to residential plumbing service calls throughout Flagstaff and surrounding communities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing residential plumbing issues
• Troubleshooting plumbing systems and identifying the root cause of problems
• Performing plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations
• Completing service work safely, efficiently, and professionally
• Clearly communicating findings and repair options to homeowners
• Educating customers so they understand what is happening in their home
• Providing honest recommendations based on the condition of the plumbing system
• Taking ownership of each call from diagnosis through completion
• Following up and taking care of callbacks when they occur
• Maintaining a clean and professional work area
• Keeping your service vehicle stocked, organized, and maintained
• Documenting completed work and communicating job details clearly
• Taking ownership of your schedule, jobs, customers, and results Compensation & Benefits $23-$35/hour + Commission Starting pay will be based on experience, skill level, and performance, with the opportunity to increase your earnings through commission.
