About the Role We are looking for a skilled and dependable Jetter / Hydro Jetting Technician to join our plumbing and drain service team. This role is responsible for operating high-pressure water jetting equipment to clear and thoroughly clean residential and commercial sewer and drain lines. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with specialized equipment, performing video camera inspections, and diagnosing drainage issues. You will be responsible for safely and effectively removing stubborn buildup such as grease, sludge, scale, and tree roots while providing professional service to our customers. What You'll Be Doing Set up, operate, and maintain high-pressure water jetting equipment, typically operating between 1,500 and 4,000 PSI . Perform pre- and post-jetting video camera inspections to identify blockages, assess pipe conditions, and verify cleaning results. Clear and thoroughly clean residential and commercial sewer and drain lines. Remove stubborn buildup including grease, sludge, scale, roots, and other debris. Diagnose drainage issues using jetting equipment and sewer camera technology. Perform routine service calls for plumbing and drain maintenance memberships. Document findings and communicate the condition of plumbing systems to customers and team members. Follow proper safety procedures when operating high-pressure equipment. Maintain, clean, and inspect jetting equipment to ensure it is operating properly. Provide professional, courteous service while working in customers' homes and businesses. Work alongside other technicians and team members to provide excellent customer experience. What we're looking for 2+ years of hydro jetting, drain cleaning, plumbing, or sewer service experience preferred. Comfortable using sewer and drain video camera inspection equipment. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to safely operate equipment under high pressure. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in residential and commercial environments. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to perform physical work, including lifting equipment, working in confined areas, and handling hoses.
