Residential Service Plumber Service All-Stars Plumbing, Heating & Air is looking for an experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is confident diagnosing plumbing problems, performing high-quality repairs, communicating clearly with homeowners, and presenting appropriate repair and replacement options. This position is ideal for an experienced service plumber who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of customer service, and is comfortable helping homeowners make informed decisions about their plumbing systems. Responsibilities Diagnose residential plumbing problems and determine the appropriate repair or replacement solutions. Perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, replacements, and installations. Inspect plumbing systems and identify additional concerns or potential failures. Build and present multiple repair or replacement options based on the customer's needs. Accurately price and present plumbing work to customers. Clearly explain findings, recommendations, pricing, and available options to homeowners. Complete approved repairs and installations to company standards. Maintain accurate job notes, photos, estimates, and invoices. Maintain a clean and professional work area. Provide excellent customer service from arrival through completion of the job. Follow company procedures and all applicable plumbing and safety standards. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience. Strong residential plumbing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Experience with service and repair plumbing. Comfortable presenting and selling repair and replacement options. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to explain technical plumbing issues in a way homeowners can easily understand. Must have your own basic hand tools. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Ability to work independently while also being part of a team. C-36 Plumbing Contractor license is a plus, but not required unless applicable to the position.
