As a Water Treatment Installer, you'll use your existing plumbing skills to install whole-home water softeners, filtration systems, reverse osmosis systems, and combination units in customers' homes. We provide training on our specific water treatment systems, but candidates must bring at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience working with copper and soldering, PVC, CPVC, and PEX. What You'll Do You'll travel to customers' homes to professionally install residential water treatment systems following completed sales appointments.

Your responsibilities include:

Installing water softeners, filtration systems, reverse osmosis systems, and combination units Working with copper and soldering, PVC, CPVC, and PEX Completing installations safely, efficiently, and according to company standards Inspecting and testing equipment to verify proper operation Identifying and resolving installation-related problems Educating homeowners on how to use and maintain their new systems Maintaining a clean, professional work area Delivering an outstanding customer experience from arrival through completion Representing Select Source Water professionally at every job site Your work is the final step in delivering on the promises we make to our customers—and one of the most important parts of their experience. Required Experience and Qualifications To be considered for this position, you must have: At least 1-2 years of professional, hands-on plumbing or residential installation experience Hands-on experience working with copper and soldering, PVC, CPVC, and PEX Ability to complete plumbing work safely and accurately Strong troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving skills Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Ability to work independently in customers' homes Professional communication and customer-service skills Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation to get to work Ability to safely perform the physical duties of an installation role Availability for a full-time schedule, including some evenings or weekends based on customer appointments Training will be provided on Select Source Water's products and installation standards. However, this position is intended for candidates who already possess the foundational plumbing skills required to perform professional residential installations.
